Only 3 days until Christmas and if you're like many folks with small children, you've been persistently moving Elfie around every night to the delight of your kids each morning. The excitement in their eyes in finding what mischief he's gotten into is certainly worth the effort to come up with clever ideas. But now Christmas is bearing down, you've got presents to wrap, cookies to bake, cleaning to do, and Elfie gets pushed to the back burner, or more accurately, that last minute morning scramble to make him "drink coffee" or "eat cereal."

Well fear not - Certified Property Inspection's very own Inspector Elfie is here with a few fun ideas to take the burden off of you so that you can focus on getting those stockings stuffed and chestnuts roasted!
