Home Inspection Pricing
Homes come in many different shapes and sizes so the pricing can get a little complicated. However, to give you an idea of about what you're looking at:
Pricing starting at : $399
Up to 1199 sq ft : $429
1200 - 1599 sq ft : $449
1600 - 2099 sq ft: $469
2100 - 2499 sq ft: $499
2500 - 2899 sq ft: $529

We use the taxable sq ft which may be less than the 'listing." Ie, SOME BASEMENTS DON'T COUNT TOWARD THE SQ FT for your quote! However, things like an extra kitchen, in-law suite, separate "unit" etc. do increase the price so keep that in mind. Call to confirm the price is right!
