Home Inspection Pricing
Homes come in many different shapes and sizes so the pricing can get a little complicated. However, to give you an idea of about what you're looking at:
Pricing starting around $400
Up to 999 sq ft : $439
1000 - 1399 sq ft : $459
1400 - 1899 sq ft: $479
1900 - 2399 sq ft: $499
2400 - 2799 sq ft: $549

We use the taxable sq ft which may be less than the 'listing." We don't charge extra for attics and basements, however; things like an extra kitchen, in-law suite, separate "unit" etc. do increase the price so keep that in mind. Call to confirm the price is right!

It's simple really, the bigger the house, the more work for us.

GEOGRAPHIC ADJUSTMENTS
Please note that the pricing noted in our calculator is for our core service area. We will happily accomodate your inspection needs outside of our core area if we can fit you in the schedule, however; there will be a travel fee based on distance. Gas ain't cheap these days and we burn through a lot... not to mention tolls... UGH! South or West of Baltimore as well as on the shore and areas of PA are areas we service, but please call the office to confirm pricing if this is a concern for you.
