what's a home inspection?
According to the American Society of Home Inspectors, a home inspector shall:
inspect readily accessible, visually observable components of the home.
provide the client with a written report.
adhere to the ASHI® Code of Ethics for the Home Inspection Profession.
More simply put, our goal is to give you a clear understanding of the condition of the home so that you can make an informed buying decision.

We've completed over 10,000 inspections! Check out what we do during a typical 3 hour inspection.
Building a house involves LOTS of moving parts and even the best builder has a punch list. We can help.
The unseen environmental aspects of the home are important to your family's health and safety.
Wood destroying insects like termites cause an estimated $5 billion dollars of damage to homes each year.
Older homes may have lead paint or asbestos present and testing will be sure you know what you've got.
If you have it, we can inspect it! If we don't have the expertise, we know someone who does.

Our inspector, Shawn was awesome to work with. He was professional and thorough and had our report completed in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family!

Quick second day appointment scheduled. Kyle was great and very receptive to answering my questions and very informative. I walked with him during the entire inspection and he was happy to answer my questions.
